• Form 1a – Security Bond and Wrist Bands
• Form 2 – Graphic Production
• Form 3 – Electrical Services
• Form 4 – Service Location Plan
• Form 5 – Furniture Rental
• Form 6  – Carpet Orders
• Form 7 – AV Equipment Rental
• Form 8 – Cleaning Services
• Form 9 – Rigging Services

To request any of the above services, please click on the respective categories listed in the left-hand column and submit the relevant service forms by the stipulated deadlines.

Important Notes:

• Exhibitors who register after the stated deadlines are required to submit their service forms immediately to facilitate prompt on-site support.
• Late orders received after the deadline are subject to a 30% surcharge after 12 Aug 2026, while on-site orders will incur a 50% surcharge after 17 Sept 2026, subject to availability.
• To ensure your orders are processed, please make full payment at the time of form submission.
• No cancellations allowed once the order is submitted
• Payments are non-refundable in the event of withdrawal from participation or cancellation of the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
